I work with clients with various health conditions and goals. My focus areas are weight loss, hormone balance, gastrointestinal issues, diabetes and blood sugar control, and thyroid health; but I’ve been trained clinically in all areas of nutrition so there isn’t much that I can’t handle!

Just the basics: Just as it sounds. Commit to a monthly program that involves weekly phone meetings with actionable goals to keep you going. This plan is meant to support you without holding your hand throughout the process.

– 4 weekly followup meetings (30 minutes each) (3 the first month, 4 beyond)

Full Service: Commit to being more accountable throughout this process. This monthly package is the most popular because in addition to the weekly sessions it includes journal reviews and email support included. This is the most popular of all of my three programs.
This plan offers more than the basic plan and is also my most popular plan:
– Initial 60 minute session
– Individualized plan and recommendations
– Supplement recommendations and support
– 4 weekly follow-up meetings (30 minutes each) (3 the fist month, 4 beyond)
– 1-2 weekly support emails/ journal reviews
– Weekly action steps to support your goals

Concierge: Work with me at your fingertips and as you need. My concierge program is popular with many clients who are very busy and need a more flexible schedule and also need more support. This program includes connecting you to other practitioners in my network, a fitness plan, work with chefs and various support staff as needed and more.
– 60-90 minute initial session
– Individualized plan and recommendations (includes programming for private chefs, house managers, and other staff)
– Supplement recommendations and support
– Unlimited follow-up sessions that are movable based on your schedule
– Unlimited email support and journal reviews
– Option for a weekly exercise program
– Action steps to support your goals as often as you need

A La Carte: This service is entirely pay as you go and works for clients who want to test the waters. Individual sessions are more expensive and are less flexible than within certain other plans, but this works well for clients who want a more pay-as-you-go structure. Billing is done based on total time used.
Here’s what the plan can include:
– Initial session 60-90 minutes with individualized menu
– Follow-up sessions as needed
– Fitness assessment as needed
– Weekly goals as needed

How does Isabel work?

Isabel works in person, on the phone/Skype, email/text message to reach her clients in a variety of ways.

Each client begins with an initial 60-minute consult (either on the phone or in person) and then together Isabel and her clients decide the best follow-up plan for each person (recommended at least weekly for best success).
