Raspberry Maca Smoothie

As you may know, I love a good smoothie! Smoothies are great ways to get in some extra nutrition in a drinkable form (this also makes it a portable option too!)- like in this Raspberry Maca Smoothie.

It’s delicious and easy to make, and it’s also a good source of nutrients. For example the raspberries contain vitamin C that’s good for your skin, the bee pollen contains nutrients that can help to boost the immune system, and maca that may help to promote stamina and virility.

Try this smoothie as a breakfast option or even as a post workout- and what I always add to my post-workout smoothie is a little protein- like this pea-based protein from Vega!
